About Cindy

Cindy Diaz-Telly is a professional real estate concierge. The process of purchasing her first home was so difficult and stressful that she decided to become a real estate agent and has dedicated her career to creating smooth transitions with happy clients. Now with over 23 years of experience as a licensed REALTOR, she ushers buyers and sellers through the process of packing up memories and saying hello to their new dream home.

Born in Fillmore, Cindy has a strong tie and commitment to the Santa Clara River Valley and Ventura County. Located in the Ventura County Regional office of Coldwell Banker Realty, she continues to use her experience and vast knowledge to serve all Ventura County as well as the Santa Clara River Valley.

As a Ventura County native, Cindy understands the bonds of community. When she assists a homeowner in selling their home or helps a family find their new home, she understands that the right fit will add to the value of their new neighborhood.

Cindy's devotion to her clients and the community includes her REALTOR community. She's known for being a go-to resource and the first to step forward for a volunteer position. In fact, Cindy has been recognized as the 2009 REALTOR of the Year by Ventura County Coastal Association of REALTORS (VCCAR) and the 2007 Real Estate Professional of the Year by National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). This recognition is no doubt a result of Cindy's attention to detail and commitment to her continuing real estate education. She is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI) and also holds Seller Resource Specialist (SRS), the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and At Home with Diversity (AHWD) designations.

Cindy and her husband, Raul, live in Fillmore. They are the proud parents and grandparents of two sons, two daughters, and five granddaughters. Her favorite downtime activities can be wine tasting with friends, or camping along the Ventura County coastline. And of course she loves to entertain at the family home, better known as Camp Telly, barbequing and swimming with family and friends.
